Who we are

The sale of goods and services provided by LudiMusic, a trademark owned by Ludimax.com Trading Lda, from now on named LudiMusic on this document, will be ruled by the terms and conditions described in the sections ahead, according with legal provisions and general accepted practices in commercial trading and services to both Portuguese national and European Union markets. These shall be the unique commercial terms and conditions applicable to all purchases or services acquired at any LudiMusic network in-shop or using the online shop, and should be accepted by all the clients, hereafter named as buyer, client or customer. In the case of some contradiction concerning to one or more rules, or commercial terms and conditions set by us on this document, namely due to the eventual existence of some overlapping legislation on it, that contradiction shall only imply the non-application of the condition(s) not complying to legislation, just on that specific act of purchase, without further prejudice to the remaining rules and terms here stated.

What data do we keep

In order to access our website client area, you must complete a user registration form. During the registration process, we collect some information such as your name, email address and mobile phone contact.

When you purchase through our website, you will be prompted for some additional personal data required for the opening of a client card and issuance of the invoice in accordance with the Portuguese legislation, including full name, registration number, invoice address and delivery address.

To ensure all our website features, we collect some information automatically about its use such as the visits frequency to certain website areas, including the use of cookies, web beacons and other technologies. External entities

Aiming a greater easiness for our customers we use the following external entities for order delivery management: Paypal, EasyPay, Chronopost, CTT and TNT. Suppliers and technical assistance service For legal warranty services on new equipment, such as for equipment repair, we share your purchase information with the company who supplied us the goods you have just purchased, including your purchase invoice. For technical assistance services, in some exceptional cases only, such as fault recurrence as an example, we share some contact data to the technical repair provider, to enable some personal contacts to you if needed, namely: full name, telefone number and email. For access traffic analysis on our portal we use Google tools (Google Analytics e WhosON).

We are continually committed to ensure that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, the appropriate physical, electronic and administrative procedures have been established, to shield and protect the information we collect online. As part of our efforts to accommodate your requests and preferences in the use we make of your personal information, we reserve the right to delete all or part of your information, if we find that we have not been able to satisfy your requirements.

User registration and online account

By registering on our site, you will have access to all the online purchase functionality. We keep your delivery address, customer data for the invoice issuing under the Portuguese law, aiming for your convenience, so that you don't have to enter that information again each time you make a purchase.
